Mindfulness online training March 4 - April 3

Registration

  1. Click on the following link: http://bit.ly/FH30Day

  2. Enter your registration details.

    1. Enter an email address that you will check every day during the training period.

    2. Enter your cell phone number. This will enable you to receive a daily SMS text, which will enhance your learning and experience. Your cell number will not be used for any other purpose. The texts are free of charge to you. However, if you do not want to receive a daily text you can easily turn this function off from your dashboard after registration.

  1. Opt-in to the next 30-Day Mindfulness Challenge and complete your profile right away.

  2. Invite a “training buddy”.

    1. Inviting a training buddy is optional, but is highly recommended as a means to support your engagement in the training.

    2. You may invite anyone you want, your partner, friend, sibling etc.

    3. You may only invite one training buddy, so pick someone who you think will complete the full 30 days with you, and seek their approval before inviting them through the system.

    4. As part of the training, you will be asked to share your experience with your training buddy (and vice versa), so invite somebody you feel comfortable doing this with.

  1. Once you complete your profile, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Please check to make sure you receive this email

  2. Do your daily training once per day every day for the next 30 days.

    1. An automatic email will be sent to you every morning to prompt you to log into the system and do your training.

    2. You can do the training whenever you want, at your convenience.

Registration is open for the next training starting Monday, Mar 4th and there will be a new opportunity the first Tuesday of every month until March 2020. Attached is a Take 5 graphic that can be posted around the work areas as well as a poster with all the info needed to register.
